Welcome to the Online Dojo of Takumi Karate Do

Takumi Karate Do is a small club based in the centre of Edinburgh whose history spans over 20 years.

The aim of TKD?

Our aim is a simple one, to promote the Martial Arts by providing access to lessons at an affordable cost to those who wish to learn.  TKD is a Non Profit Making organisation and all the instructors are volunteers, in fact many of them are former students who wanted to give something back to the club and its members.

NB: What do you do next? 

We recommend that you have a look through our site as we have tried to provide as much information as possible for anyone interested in learning karate.  We also encourage you to view our Policies and Downloads section where you can also find the necessary forms required to become a member of the club. 

After that all you do is come along to one of our classes were you can either watch or take part in the class.
